Ahead of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to Jewar, local MLA Shri Dhirendra Singh on Thursday held an extensive review meeting at Noida International Airport. The meeting brought together officials from all concerned departments to assess on-ground preparations and streamline the execution plan for the high-profile event.
During the review, the MLA carefully inspected arrangements both inside and outside the airport premises, including all approach routes leading to the proposed public meeting venue. He directed officials to ensure that security protocols, traffic flow, barricading, and alternative routes are fully prepared well in advance to avoid any inconvenience to the public.

Putting public convenience at the forefront, Shri Dhirendra Singh emphasized the need for smooth vehicular movement at designated parking zones and efficient connectivity between parking areas and the event venue. He also reviewed the setup of the main stage, seating layout, entry and exit points, and other logistical aspects tied to the Prime Minister’s public address.
Calling for flawless coordination, the MLA instructed all departments to work with “complete commitment and absolute vigilance,” warning against any form of negligence.
Reiterating the importance of preparedness, he said:
“It is the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who will decide the date of his visit to Jewar. Our responsibility is to ensure that all arrangements are completed in advance so that his programme can be conducted successfully, smoothly, and with due grandeur.”
