A Canadian-based couple of Indian origin, Nikita and Karan, say their European honeymoon turned nightmarish when they were allegedly attacked by a hotel manager in Switzerland. The couple claims the incident occurred at Seehotel Schwert in Gersau, where the manager, reportedly of Chinese origin, reacted violently to a simple fan request and later physically assaulted them ─ causing severe injuries to Nikita’s jaw and teeth.
According to the couple, the trouble began when hotel staff removed a fan from their room without notifying them. After they raised the issue—using translation tools—the manager behaved aggressively. Matters escalated at breakfast during checkout: the manager allegedly punched, kicked, and threw a metal object at Nikita’s face, resulting in one lost tooth and twelve fractured others. The couple also report enduring psychological trauma, with post-traumatic stress and ongoing dental procedures.
Meanwhile, the hotel has denied the allegations, calling them misleading and a “blatant reversal of reality.” As of now, there has been no clear update from authorities, and the couple’s calls for justice have received widespread attention online.
