In a visit aimed at strengthening the longstanding relationship between India and Bahrain, particularly in the judicial and dispute resolution fields, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law and Justice and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs of India recently visited Kingdom of Bahrain on an official tour
Minister Meghwal met Bahrain’s legal affairs minister Yousif Khalaf and Professor Marike Paulsson, Secretary General of the Council for International Dispute Resolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
While during the visit Arjun Ram Meghwal offered prayers at the historic 200-year-old Shreenathji Temple in the heart of Manama during. Indian minister also paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi. Cd’A Rajiv Mishra gave a guided tour of the Embassy & explained about Embassy’s various initiatives including the Focus State/UT.
Since the minister belongs to Rajasthan state, he also interacted with the Rajasthani community in Bahrain & appreciated their efforts in showcasing Rajasthan’s vibrant heritage and cultural identity on the global stage.
