VOIWORLD/New Delhi/Munich: The German-Indian Business Forum 2026 is set to bring together more than 500 senior executives, industry leaders, policymakers, diplomats and experts from India and Germany for a three-day programme in Munich from September 30 to October 2, 2026.
Organised under the theme “Forging Partnerships – Unlocking Potential”, the forum aims to strengthen business and strategic ties between the two countries through high-level dialogue, networking and cross-border collaboration.
The organisers said the forum comes at a time when cooperation between India and Germany is becoming increasingly important amid climate challenges, digital transformation and changing global economic realities. The event will focus on combining India’s entrepreneurial and technology capabilities with Germany’s strengths in engineering, manufacturing and green technologies.
AI, robotics and new energy on agenda
Key themes of the 2026 edition will include Applied AI & Robotics, Defence & Aerospace, HealthTech, and New Energy & Environment. The forum is expected to provide a platform for business leaders and policymakers to explore emerging technologies, investment opportunities and new areas of cooperation.
The programme will feature 50+ speakers and is spread across three days. The opening day on September 30 will include a German-Indian Startup Connector and an invitation-only speakers’ dinner at Oktoberfest.
October 1 will be the main conference day, featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions and topic tables with C-suite executives and thought leaders. A German-Indian State Reception is also planned for invited senior diplomats, parliamentarians, government officials and business leaders.
The final day, October 2, will focus on self-planned B2B meetings and company visits.

The forum’s stated objective is to connect key decision-makers with investors, entrepreneurs and innovators, help businesses access new markets, create qualified leads and build strategic partnerships.
