There are no lights like Deepavali lights. Many Indians wait year long for one of their biggest festivals and one such festivals in Diwali or Deepavali.
The festival of lights has been celebrated with fervor and enjoyment in Iceland where Indian Embassy in association with Indian Association In Iceland-IAI celebrated annual Deepavali Utsav.
The festivities included with CDA Anisha TomarI leading the event with the lighting of the lamp.

The event was filled with the diverse culture of 🇮🇳, showcasing folk dance performances, colourful Rangoli displays, musical concerts, & cuisines from various states of India.
The Indian Association in Iceland (IAI) is an organization in Reykjavík, Iceland that connects Indians in the country. The IAI has collaborated with the Embassy of India in Iceland on events such as Diwali, Badminton tournament when IAI and the Embassy of India collaborated on a badminton tournament. During Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations IAI collaborated with ISKCON of Iceland and the Embassy of India on Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations and even Indian movie screening when the IAI screened the movie Ponniyin Selvan in Iceland.
